A participant-led experiential programme to develop technology transfer talent.

FUTURE LEADERS PROGRAMME
What the Programme Offers
The TenU Future Leaders Programme (FLP) works with TTO professionals to foster a culture of international exchange of best practice. It offers participants the chance to learn effective practices in technology transfer, including common challenges and how to address them. The emphasis on peer learning supports the building of a strong network among participants that they will be able to draw on throughout their professional lives. Graduates from TenU FLP will subsequently be considered for a mentoring role within the TenU RISE programme.
Who is Eligible?
Participants will be chosen from roles broadly related to technology transfer activities, including those in patenting, licensing, company formation, seed funds, marketing and related activities. The programme is targeted at mid-level staff who have the potential to become leaders in their fields.
The cohort of participants comprises one representative from each of the TenU member offices. Two additional spaces will be offered to partners selected by the TenU directors with a view to making the most useful contribution to training across the sector.
